The alignment file or BLAST alignment calculation determines the default order of rows in the Alignment view. You can re-sort the rows alphanumerically by column data by clicking on the header of each column. Re-sorting by column data may be helpful for identifying all sequences from a particular organism, country, or accession type (e.g. RefSeq). The Consensus or Anchor row will always remain the top row and will not be sorted. Re-sorting rows in the Alignment view will not affect the row order in the FASTA alignment download file or in the Rows dialog.
Hiding rows does not result in a re-calculation of the alignment. However, hidden rows will not be exported in the FASTA alignment download or shown in PDF/SVG image files. Hidden rows will also not be shown in shared links (from \"Link to View\"), but will be available to be added back to the view from a shared session link.
The PDF or SVG downloaded image file is compatible with third-party image editors such as Adobe or InkScape. Note that the Panorama is not included in the image. By default, the range will include the viewed range, but the range can be adjusted in the download dialog. Please refer to this page for more information about downloading images from the NCBI graphical viewers.
I have a 14.43 GB file in my cloud that i am trying to download off mega.nz. Which consists mostly of some recent manual backups of the desktop files in my mums old laptop, which now has been wiped clean.
I first started downloading my file using google chrome with the mega.nz extension, it would get up to 75% and crash. Oblivious to this crash, i tried again 3 more times and it would end with the same result (cant remember the details of the crash message but it wasn't much help).
I used mozilla firefox because it was recommended and it finally reached 100% on the file transfer queue, after that i waited all night for the mozilla firefox to add it to its own download queue but it never happened. after doing a little bit more research, i found that some other users that were trying to download large files from their own mega cloud were having the same issue on firefox.
Temporary and a time consuming solution to this, created partitions of the files in my main folder that i was trying to download inside the mega application. partitions of roughly about 1gb each made the process go a lot smoother.
Helpful to say the least, even now when the manufacturer has changed, it appears that the only change has been the part numbers, that said, the photos do a nice job of letting one find the proper code for the proper sensor. When saving, I renamed the files to match the listed name so the confusing code names are gone and I can go through without trying to figure out the sensor by the code. It does work for the ones with comments intact but some are simply code with no idea what they are for if you don't rename them on download, that is if you want a complete collection in storage. I have yet to try them all, but that will be today's project.
zip A zip (compressed) format of the exe file above. In some networks, downloading exe files is strictly prohibited. If you are using such networks, download the zip file instead. After the download, just unzip it to get the exe file (installer). 59ce067264
